Craniosacral therapist RCST, ITEC, BFP, EFT

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is unique in its ability to work with the source of symptoms on every level, whether mental, physical or emotional.  It is a natural way of helping our bodies to recover from a wide range of conditions.  I offer hands-on sessions, unique to each individual, of around 75 minutes after which people report feeling relaxed and calm, symptoms have eased, are able to cope better, have a clear head, feel balanced and often find a renewed interest in life.

Izabela Konwinska

Hypnotherapist and Regression Therapist

I am a qualified hypnotherapist and regression therapist. The methods I use utilise the state of deep relaxation (light hypnotic trance) which allows direct access to the subconscious. They are short-term modalities - it is not uncommon to notice the first results after just one session and 3-5 sessions are usually sufficient to resolve the issue.

Hypnotherapy helps change detrimental beliefs and break unhelpful habits.

Regression therapy helps uncover and transform the root cause of any emotional issue.

My areas of interest include: anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addictions, somatic symptoms.

Carmen Rampersad
Counsellor, ACCPH Senior Member, NF, DBR therapist

I use Neurofeedback and Deep Brain Reorienting to support clients of all ages and abilities (including neurodivergent) to regain the capacity to self-regulate the nervous system so that they experience life fully. Typically, I work with people who experienced ruptures in their attachments with significant care givers, who experience anxiety, depression, panic, C-PTSD, insomnia, headaches, etc, and who had repeated setbacks and traumatic events which, over time, weakened their capacity to bounce back. The aim of our work is to experience feelings as they are and not as ‘triggers’, so we can acknowledge and appreciate them without being ‘hijacked by them, and we can move on from them.
